We’ve put together some FAQs to help answer any questions you may have about the Fair.
Will there be tickets available to buy at the door?
Purchase your tickets in advance for discounted pricing and expedited check-in. Subject to availability, General Admission tickets (Friday – Sunday) will be available on-site for $30 (plus tax and fees), and Opening Night tickets will be available on-site for $55 (plus tax and fees).
Tickets for Friday & Saturday are offered in time slots. You have the flexibility to arrive at any time within your selected slot, and once you’re inside, you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like. Click here for more info.
In honor of Veteran’s Day, The Other Art Fair is offering active and retired military free admission on Saturday, November 11. Please email tickets@theotherartfair.com for your complimentary ticket. Military ID is required upon entry.
I can’t make my original ticket day/time. Can I transfer my ticket to another time slot?
Yes, you can manually transfer to a different ticket option by logging into your Eventbrite account. Navigate to ‘tickets’ and find your tickets for The Other Art Fair. From here, select ‘transfer ticket’ and select the date and time you would like to attend instead. Here is a helpful page for more information.
You can book in advance with confidence. Our Ticket Guarantee provides a full refund or transfer should you change your mind.

How should I present my ticket on arrival?
All tickets should be shown on your cell phone or tablet at the Fair entrance for scanning. If possible, we request you do not bring print-at-home tickets in order to reduce touch points and waste where possible.
Is there an age limit to attend the Fair?
There is no age limit to attend The Other Art Fair. However, due to our licensing regulations, any visitor under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult. Those over the age of 21 will be asked to provide ID upon entry to receive an over 21 wristband for service at the bar.
Are pets allowed?
Furry friends will have to stay home and are not allowed inside the venue. Service animals are permitted, provided they have the relevant documentation.
Will bar and food stalls be open through Fair hours?
Local bites, brews, and drinks will be available on-site during fair hours.
Will on-site parking be available?
On-street and metered parking are available around the venue and on many of the adjacent streets, as well as in parking garages near Barclays Center.

Will coat check/personal storage be available?
Unfortunately, we do not have coat check or storage for personal items such as backpacks or strollers. Please plan accordingly.
What accessibility accommodations will be available for attendees with disabilities at the fair?
The Other Art Fair aims to provide every accommodation to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable experience for all. The venue is fully accessible, and wheelchair accessible, with bathrooms and booths all located on the ground level. There will be limited indoor seating available near the bar.
Service dogs are permitted entry to the Fair.
Our quieter periods take place on Friday, Nov. 10th from 5 pm-7 pm, and Sunday, Nov. 12th from 11 am-1 pm.
