We’ve put together some FAQs to help answer any questions you may have about the Fair.
Will there be tickets available to buy at the door?
Purchase your tickets in advance for discounted pricing and expedited check-in. Subject to availability, General Admission tickets (Friday – Sunday) will be available on-site for $27.50 (plus tax and fees), and Opening Night tickets will be available on-site for $50 (plus tax and fees).
Tickets for Friday & Saturday are offered in time slots. You have the flexibility to arrive at any time within your selected slot, and once you’re inside, you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like. Click here for more info.
I can’t make my original ticket day/time. Can I transfer my ticket to another time slot?
Yes, you can manually transfer to a different ticket option by logging into your Universe account. If you wish to edit the date/time of your visit, go to the “My Tickets” tab on your Universe Account and find your tickets for The Other Art Fair. Click “More” and select “Change Date” from the dropdown menu.
Want to give away your ticket to a friend or family? You can manually transfer your tickets by logging into your Universe account and navigating to ‘My Tickets’ from the menu in the top right-hand corner. Find your tickets for The Other Art Fair and click “More”. Then, select the “Transfer Ticket” option and follow the instructions on the pop-up. Here is a helpful page for more information.

How should I present my ticket on arrival?
All tickets should be shown on your cell phone or tablet at the Fair entrance for scanning. If possible, we request you do not bring print-at-home tickets in order to reduce touch points and waste where possible.
Will there be lines to get in?
Our team will be working hard to get you into the venue and enjoying yourself as quickly as possible. You can save time by ensuring you have your up-to-date event tickets ready to present for scanning upon entry.
What is the refund policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Is there an age limit to attend the Fair?
There is no age limit to attend The Other Art Fair. However, due to our licensing regulations, any visitor under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Children (Under 12) get free admission. Each child attending must have a valid Child Ticket and be accompanied by an adult at all times. A maximum of 2 Child Tickets per order.
Those over the age of 21 will be asked to provide ID upon entry to receive an over 21 wristband for service at the bar.
Are pets allowed?
Furry friends will have to stay home and are not allowed inside the venue. Service animals are permitted, provided they have the relevant documentation.
Are food and drink available during Fair hours?
Local bites and drinks will be available on-site during fair hours.
Will on-site parking be available?
On-street and metered parking are available around the venue and on many of the adjacent streets, as well as in parking garages near Barclays Center.

Will coat check/personal storage be available?
Unfortunately, we do not have coat check or storage for personal items such as backpacks or strollers. Please plan accordingly.
What accessibility accommodations will be available for attendees with disabilities at the fair?
The Other Art Fair aims to provide every accommodation to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable experience for all. The venue is fully accessible, and wheelchair accessible, with bathrooms and booths all located on the ground level. There will be limited indoor seating available near the bar.
Service dogs are permitted entry to the Fair.
