We’ve put together some FAQs to help to answer any questions you may have about the Fair.

Can I transfer my ticket to another day?

You can transfer to a different ticket option by logging into your Eventbrite account. Navigate to ‘tickets’ and find your tickets for The Other Art Fair Sydney. From here, select ‘transfer ticket’ and select the date you would like to attend instead.  If the Fair has started or the day you would like to attend is unavailable, we can assist you in your request at the check-in desk. Here is a helpful page for more information.

Will there be tickets available to buy on the door?

We suggest that you book your tickets online in advance where possible to ensure there is ticket availability for your preferred day and to take advantage of reduced ticket prices. Please check out our Ticketing page for information on which days still have availability when tickets are live.

Booking in advance will also save you money on our door sale prices, plus you can book in advance with confidence with our Ticket Guarantee, safe in the knowledge that your ticket is fully refundable (up to 7 days) should you change your mind.

How should I present my ticket on arrival?

All tickets will have a QR code issued which can be displayed on your mobile device for scanning at our Welcome Desk. More information will be available on our website as the Fair approaches.

Will there be queues to get in?

Our team will be working hard to get you into the venue and enjoying yourself as quickly as possible. You can save time in advance by ensuring you have your up-to-date event tickets ready to present for scanning upon entry.

Is there an age limit to attend the Fair?

There is no age limit to attend The Other Art Fair, however due to our licensing regulations, any visitor under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult. Children 12 and under must also have a ticket, which can be booked as a complimentary add on whilst finalising your order.

Are there carer passes available?

Carers tickets are available to customers who would be unable to attend events without the support of another person. They are to be used in conjunction with a full or concession priced ticket. Carer passes can be booked as a complimentary add on whilst finalising your order.

Is there somewhere I can find more information to prepare for my visit?

The Other Art Fair has created a “Visual Story” which is an accessible document created to reduce unpredictability of new environments, and may be especially useful for visitors with disabilities. You can read the document online here, where you can also download it to read on your computer or print to bring with you on site.

Is the Fair pet friendly?

Unless they are for guiding support, dogs are not permitted. Furry friends will need to stay home.

This information is accurate as of 14 August 2023.
