If the Fair is postponed due to the global health crisis or I am unable to attend the Fair due to feeling ill, will I receive a refund on my ticket?

We have introduced our new Ticket Guarantee allowing you to book your tickets with confidence. You can request a full refund of your ticket through your Eventbrite account.

Can I transfer my ticket to another date?

Wherever possible we will try to accommodate your requirements, however this may be subject to capacity and we advise booking early to avoid disappointment. You can transfer your ticket to another date through your eventbrite account.  Complimentary tickets cannot be transferred, you will need to cancel your ticket and redeem a new one.

I can only attend a specific date but it has sold out, what can I do?

We have enabled a waitlist function for any sessions that have reached their capacity. You will be notified via email should a ticket become available. Equally, keep an eye on tickets as ticket holders offer return tickets.

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately with our tattoo feature, dogs are not allowed into the fair.

Are Child Tickets available?

Under 12’s are granted free entry with a Child Ticket. Please sure that a ticket is booked as we are closely monitoring capacities at this time.

Who qualifies for concession ticket pricing?

Seniors (60 and over) and full time students with a valid NUS card.

I have accessibility requirements, what should I do?

Speak to a member of staff at the front desk and we will be able to show you round to the lift for access.

Carers will also qualify for a complimentary ticket.

Is there an age limit to attend the Fair?

There is no age limit to attend The Other Art Fair, however due to our licensing regulations, any visitor under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

Will I have to provide the details of everyone on my booking?

You can provide one name and email address for the booking. However, we’d love to invite everyone to join our visitor community so leave us your email when booking and the latest Fair news will be delivered to you once a week.

Will there be tickets available to buy on the door?

We suggest that you book your tickets in advance where possible, but tickets will be available to buy at the welcome desk, subject to availability.

Booking in advance will also save you money on our door sale prices!

How should I present my ticket on arrival? 

All tickets should be shown on your mobile device at the entry for scanning. If possible, we request you do not bring print at home tickets in order to reduce touch points where possible.

Will there be queues to get in?

We’ll be working hard to ensure that everyone enter safely and swiftly, if there is a queue, you won’t be waiting for long. You can save time in advance by downloading your ticket from your eventbrite account and having it ready for scanning.
