We’ve put together some FAQs to help answer any questions you may have about the Fair.

I can’t make my original ticket day/time. Can I transfer my ticket to another time slot?

Yes, you can manually transfer to a different ticket option by logging into your Universe account. If you wish to edit the date/time of your visit, go to the “My Tickets” tab on your Universe Account and find your tickets for The Other Art Fair. Click “More” and select “Change Date” from the dropdown menu.

Want to give away your ticket to a friend or family? You can manually transfer your tickets by logging into your Universe account and navigating to ‘My Tickets’ from the menu in the top right-hand corner. Find your tickets for The Other Art Fair and click “More”. Then, select the “Transfer Ticket” option and follow the instructions on the pop-up. Here is a helpful page for more information.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are not allowed at the fair as a condition of our Tattoo License. Exceptions will be made for Guide Dogs & ADUK Registered Assistance Dogs.

Are child tickets available?

Under 12’s are granted free entry with a Child Ticket. Please be sure that a ticket is booked as we are closely monitoring capacities at this time.

Who qualifies for concession ticket pricing?

Seniors (60 and over) and full-time students with a valid NUS card.

I have accessibility requirements, what should I do? 

Please note there is step-free access at The Truman Brewery. If you need further assistance accessing the venue, please speak to a member of the welcome desk team on arrival. If you plan to attend with a carer, please contact us at tickets@theotherartfair.com to secure your carer ticket.

Is there an age limit to attend the Fair?

There is no age limit to attend The Other Art Fair, however, due to our licensing regulations, any visitor under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

Will I have to provide the details of everyone on my booking?

You can provide one name and email address for the booking. However, we’d love to invite everyone to join our visitor community so leave us your email when booking, and the latest Fair news will be delivered to you once a week.

Will there be tickets available to buy on the door?

We suggest that you book your tickets in advance where possible, but tickets will be available to buy at the welcome desk, subject to availability.

Booking in advance will also save you money on our door sale prices!

How should I present my ticket on arrival? 

All tickets should be shown on your mobile device at the entry for scanning.

What is the refund policy? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
