1. Gift Card Terms
Gift cards can be used to purchase artworks at The Other Art Fair Melbourne (30 Jan – 2 Feb 2025).
They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift cards.
Issued in AUD, available in $10 increments (min $50, max $2,000).
Each gift card purchase over $100 includes 2 complimentary General Admission tickets (31 Jan – 2 Feb 2025).
2. Purchasing & Delivery
Gift cards are available via our website and delivered by email.
3. Redemption
Enter the gift card code at checkout. To arrange remote purchases, email luke.potkin@theotherartfair.com.
4. Balance & Expiration
Check balances online or contact support. Gift cards do not expire.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
Lost or stolen cards won’t be replaced without proof of purchase. Treat them like cash. They can also be added to your Apple or Google Pay.
6. Refunds & Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases follow our return policy.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms on our website.
