Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We accept both printed tickets and those displayed on mobile phones.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend yourself, or you would like to purchase tickets as a gift, you are most welcome to give your ticket to someone else. 

If you are unable to attend on your ticket date you are welcome to use your ticket on any of the other public opening days: Friday 20 March - Sunday 22 March. Only Private View ticket holders will be permitted entrance to the Private View evening. 

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Extra tickets for Friday - Sunday can be purchased at the door for £14 / £12 concessions. 

Can children attend?

Children under 16 years do not need an entrance ticket but must be accompanied by an adult. 

Who qualifies for concession ticket pricing?

Seniors (60 and over) and full time students with a valid NUS card.

Where do I find more information about the venue?

You will find further information about how to get to the fair and opening times on our website at theotherartfair.com. 

Are dogs allowed? 

Only service dogs will be allowed to the fair.  This is because of our Tattoo feature

I have accessibility requirements, what should I do?

Visitors with accessibility requirements are asked to head to the Fair’s main entrance. From here they will be escorted by welcome staff to the accessible entrance.

Carers will also qualify for a complimentary ticket.
