Victoria House

A Grade II listed building, Victoria House is a stunning neoclassical landmark in one of the capitals most historical areas. Constructed in the 1920s this majestic building houses a impressive basement space that is renowned for showcasing the best contemporary art events. 

The College

For the first time the fair is continuing on in the Old Central St. Martin's College on Southampton Row. Featuring vaulted ceilings, mosaic flooring and flecked stone columns, this iconic 19th Century serves as the perfect backdrop to showcase today's contemporary emerging artists.

** Tickets bought on the door for Friday-Sunday entry cost £12 (£10 concessions)

** Tickets are valid in both venues for the duration of the weekend

** Concessions includes Students with a valid student card and Over 60's

** Children under 16 years do not need to buy an entrance ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility Requirements

Visitors with accessibility requirements are asked to head to the Fair’s main entrance on Southampton Row. From here they will be escorted by welcome staff to the accessible entrance.
