I have a multi-disciplinary practice which includes painting. collage & photography. My work primarily focuses upon screen sourced imagery (& the often voyeuristic nature of its spectatorship) with which I explore the possibilities of re-creating nostalgic and/or psychological narratives out of contemporary ‘found’ imagery.
This is a continuing exploration into personal history and, in particular, the slippery nature of memory...an attempt to make sense out of nonsense and fill absent spaces by creating a narrative (however flimsy) out of uncertainty .
